Every item in our shop is made to order, just for you. While that means we don’t accept physical returns, we do stand behind the quality of our products and your experience with us.


🛍️ What qualifies for a refund or replacement?

If your order has any of the following issues, we’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost:

  • Your item arrived misprinted or defective

  • You received the wrong item or size than what you ordered

  • Your order experienced an extreme delay in transit

Just send us an email at [your@email.com] with:

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can help you as quickly as possible.


🔄 What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?

Since all products are made-to-order, we unfortunately can’t offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse. That said, we know every situation is unique — so reach out to us and we’ll always do our best to find a thoughtful solution.


🚫 Do I need to ship the product back?

Nope! Because we custom-make each item just for you, we don’t accept physical returns. If a return is sent to us, we donate the item whenever possible.
